2005 Luxury RV Rental Rates

HOURLY RATE

The Hourly Rate is $125 per hour plus tip (generally 15%) with a 3-hour minimum and a $75 fee for basic cleaning and dumping of waste tanks after your event. A driver is included. Maximum capacity is 25 people. A $1,000 deposit is required to cover any damage or extensive cleaning.

EVENT NIGHT RATE

The rate to rent the RV for a local event like a concert, pick up and drop off for Rodeo or similar events is $950 per night plus tip (generally 15%). The driver will pick you up at anytime after 5 PM at the location of your choice and drop you off as late as 3 AM. Maximum capacity is 25 people. The Event Night Rate includes basic cleaning and dumping of waste tanks after your event. A $1,000 deposit is required to cover any damage or extensive cleaning.

TAILGATE RATE

The rate to rent the RV locally to use for a hospitality suite, tailgate party, or similar single day local event is $900. This rate includes up to 12 hours usage, delivery & set up, unlimited generator usage, basic RV cleaning and dumping of waste tanks. A $1,000 deposit is required to cover any damage or extensive cleaning.

An enclosed 5x8 utility trailer, tailgate chairs, stainless steel propane grill, serving tables, outdoor concert speakers, ice chests, and other miscellaneous tailgating equipment is available for an additional $100.

24-HOUR ROAD TRIP RATE

The 24-Hour Road Trip Rate is $900 plus $0.70/mile plus tip (generally 15%).  This rate includes a driver, up to 12 hours of driving time, unlimited generator usage, basic RV cleaning and dumping of waste tanks. Renters pay $35 per hour for driving time over 12 hours. Maximum capacity for road trips is 14 people.  The RV is due back 24 hours after your event starts.  Hourly late charge is $50/hr.  A $1,000 deposit is required to cover any damage or extensive cleaning. “Driving time” includes time waiting for you during an event.

WEEKEND RATE

The Weekend Rate is $1,250 plus $0.70 per mile plus tip (generally 15%).  This rate includes a driver, up to 16 hours of “driving time,” unlimited generator usage, basic cleaning and dumping of waste tanks. Renters pay $35 per hour for driving time over 16 hours. The RV is available starting at 10 AM Friday and is due back by 10 PM Sunday. Hourly late charge is $50/hr.  A $1,000 deposit is required to cover any damage or extensive cleaning.

EXTENDED RENTAL RATE

The RV is available for extended rentals at a charge of $350/day. Mileage over 700 miles per week is $0.28/mile and generator time over 35 hours per week is $3/hr. The RV must be returned clean, full of fuel, and with empty waste tanks. Basic cleaning and dumping is available for an additional $100.

Towing is allowed for an additional charge of $200/wk. A car dolly or 5x8 utility trailer is available for an additional $100/wk. For safety and insurance reasons, a driver is encouraged and is therefore provided free of charge for extended rentals. Renters simply provide accommodations and tip. 

To qualify for non-chauffeured rentals all persons who will drive the RV must demonstrate themselves to be qualified drivers and have an insurance policy in their name showing at least $125,000 in coverage for the RV and at least $3,000,000 in personal liability coverage.

With a minimum 3 month rental, we will do a daily rate of $275 for hurricane victims. This includes unlimited generator usage. Renter must service engine every 150 hours. Service includes adding water, changing oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter.
